ITINERARY:

Day 1: Arrive Delhi

Arrive at Delhi. You will be met on arrival at Delhi Airport / Railway Station and proceed to the hotel. Delhi, the capital city of India lying along the River Yamuna. Check in at the hotel and relax for the day. Overnight at hotel

Day 2:  Delhi Sightseeing

Today enjoy your breakfast,and then proceed to visit South Delhi covering Qutub Minar, which is a World Heritage site. Drive past the Bhai Temple, a serene marble structure of near perfect proportions. Later, visit one of the most inspirational monuments of Delhi's past the Humayun's Tomb . Drive past India Gate, built to commemorate the Indian and British soldiers who died in World War I, Parliament House and Rashtrapati Bhawan. Visit the Birla Mandir as it is popularly known which enshrines Lord Vishnu, situated at the heart of the city. In the afternoon visit old Delhi covering Raj Ghat-the cremation sites of Mahatma Gandhi,Jama Masjid and drive past the Red Fort and Chandni Chowk- the noisy and bustling markets. Overnight at hotel

Day 3: Delhi - Agra

Today after breakfast at the hotel, check out and drive to Agra. Agra was the capital of the Mughals during the 16th and 17th centuries. Check in at hotel and later proceed for your sightseeing tour which starts from Agra fort, situated on the west bank of the Yamuna River, this imposing red sandstone Fort was started in 1565 by Akbar.  Later visit the Taj Mahal, the world's greatest monument to love and devotion. Built by the emperor Shah Jahan for his favorite wife Mumtaz, its an exquisite craftsmanship took 20,000 workers almost 22 years to complete in 1653. (Closed on Fridays). Also visit Itmad ud Daula (baby Taj). Evening return back to the hotel and relax. Overnight at hotel

Day 4: Agra - Jaipur

Enjoy your breakfast this morning at the hotel, later check out and proceed Jaipur en-route visit to Fatehpur Sikri-  deserted red sandstone city built by Emperor Akbar in 1571 AD in honor of the famous Sufi saint, Salim Chishti. After sightseeing of Fatehpur Sikri continue drive to Jaipur which is known as'Pink City’. Check in at the hotel and relax for the day.Overnight at hotel 

Day 5: Jaipur

Today morning enjoy your breakfast at the hotel. Later proceed for an excursion to Amber Fort, here you will enjoy the Elephant Ride to reach atop of the palace. Continue your journey with the city tour of Jaipur- visiting Maharaja's City Palace, museum, the Jantar Mantar. During the tour you will also have a brief photography stop at Hawa Mahal - the Palace of Winds. Overnight at hotel

Day 6: Jaipur - Delhi - Varanasi

 

After your breakfast, drive back to Delhi and drop at Delhi airport for your flight to Varanasi. Reach Varanasi airport, pick up, meet assistance and transfer to hotel. Check in at the hotel and relax for the day. Overnight at hotel

Day 7: Varanasi Sightseeing

Today early morning witness Ganga Aarti. Later after the breakfast proceed for full day sightseeing tour of Varanasi . Visit Kashivishwanath temple, Annapurna temple, Sankat Mochan temple, Bharat Mata Mandir, Tulsi Manas Templ. Later drive through the largest Residential University of Asia - Banaras Hindu University. Afternoon proceed for tour of Sarnath visiting Ashoka Pillar, Dhamekh Stupa, Archaeological Museum. Also visit the Mahabodhi Buddha Temple and walk around the Deer Park. Evening return back to the hotel and relax. Overnight at hotel

Day 8: Varanasi - Departure


Today enjoy your breakfast at the hotel. Later check out and then you will be dropped at Varanasi airport or railway station for your onward journey.
